"I filed a claim on July 30th in which my kitchen was inoperable. The whole process has been a nightmare. I’ve reached out to the claims handler, the claims adjuster and I’ve sent emails to my agent. The adjuster called me back days later. But, my agent nor the intake representative has shown any interest in helping me getting this claim resolved. Communication is key. Unfortunately, with State Farm it’s almost non-existent unless it pertains to a bill. It’s been almost a month and we have eaten out every single day. Ouch, right? I said that to say this…. Your bill may be lower when choosing State Farm over its competitors. But, I guarantee if you ever need them, you’ll regret it. Cheap is not always better. Signed, first time, five year home owner…"

"The office staff (Cindy to be specific) are the rudest I've dealt with in my 20 years of dealing with insurance sales. They didnt take the time to explain certain things and had me responsible for paying a thousand dollars for two vehicles and then didnt want to help in any way. They would get 0 stars if I could give them that. I will not be using State Farm ever again, especially Hawkinsville office!"
